Terms of Service

By using the website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and any other terms that apply to your purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction and, if you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Vox Logic Solutions sells digitally delivered products. Business OS Professional is currently offered as a $399 one-time digital purchase. It is not a subscription and does not currently require a recurring Business OS Professional subscription.

Prices may change for future purchases. Any price change will not affect transactions that have already been completed.

Checkout, payment processing, transaction administration, and digital delivery may be provided through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. When you make a purchase, you may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable checkout and payment terms.

Vox Logic Solutions does not directly process or store full payment-card credentials. Payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy as part of its payment processing.

Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected through the checkout provider as required by law. Any taxes shown at checkout are administered through that process rather than calculated and remitted individually by Vox Logic Solutions for each transaction.

Following a successful purchase, you will receive digital access to or delivery of the product, subject to payment authorization and any applicable fraud or security checks.

Business OS Professional operates within third-party platforms such as Google Workspace. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms that are outside our control.

Purchasing Business OS Professional does not transfer ownership of Vox Logic Solutions' intellectual property to you. Your use of Business OS Professional is governed by the separate Business OS Professional Standard Customer License Agreement. These Terms reinforce, but do not replace or unnecessarily duplicate, that agreement.

You may use and customize Business OS Professional for your own licensed business and internal use in accordance with the Standard Customer License Agreement. Unless separately authorized by Vox Logic Solutions in writing, your purchase does not grant:

• Private label rights (PLR)
• Resale rights
• Redistribution rights
• Sublicensing rights
• White-label rights
• Marketplace resale rights
• Rights to create and distribute a competing product using protected Business OS materials

Vox Logic Solutions retains all intellectual property in the underlying Business OS Professional system, including its templates, documentation, code, architecture, structure, and other protected materials. Original business content you create remains subject to the ownership provisions of the Standard Customer License Agreement.

Business OS Professional is a digitally delivered, copyable product containing proprietary templates, systems, documentation, and software functionality. Because access to these materials cannot practically be returned or revoked after delivery, all sales are final once digital access has been provided.

We do not provide refunds for:

• change of mind;
• deciding the product is no longer needed;
• failure to use the product;
• purchasing without reviewing the product description or requirements;
• dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference; or
• inability or unwillingness to complete the documented setup process.

A refund may be considered when:

• the customer was charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the customer never received access to the purchased product and the delivery problem cannot reasonably be corrected; or
• Business OS Professional has a material technical defect that prevents the product from functioning substantially as described, and Vox Logic Solutions is unable to resolve the problem after being given a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot it.

Customers experiencing a technical problem must contact [email protected] and provide sufficient information to troubleshoot the issue before a technical-defect refund is considered.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to applicable Lemon Squeezy payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and Merchant of Record procedures.

Business OS Professional depends on or interacts with third-party technology, particularly Google Workspace. Vox Logic Solutions:

• does not control Google or other third-party platforms;
• cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, pricing, policies, or compatibility; and
• is not responsible for third-party outages or independent changes that are outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms implies that Google or any other third party endorses, is partnered with, or is affiliated with Vox Logic Solutions.

Business OS Professional contains Google Apps Script functionality. During setup or use, you may encounter Google's authorization process, including Google's standard warning screens for copied Apps Script projects. This is a normal part of Google's process.

Business OS Professional is not officially verified, certified, or endorsed by Google.

Business OS Professional includes AI-assisted documentation tools and guided AI prompts. It does not currently contain an autonomous AI model that operates independently inside Business OS.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed by you before being relied upon or adopted as official business documentation. Vox Logic Solutions does not guarantee that third-party AI output will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific business.

You remain responsible for:

• configuring Business OS Professional for your organization;
• reviewing your documentation;
• determining whether documentation is appropriate for your business;
• maintaining appropriate backups and access controls; and
• complying with laws and industry requirements applicable to your business.

Business OS Professional and the materials on our website provide business-operational tools and information. They are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory/compliance advice where professional advice is required. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

We do not promise lifetime updates, lifetime support, or perpetual access to services unless those are expressly purchased. A purchase does not automatically entitle you to every future major version, module, service, or separately priced product.

Vox Logic Solutions may improve, modify, discontinue, or separately price future products and features, subject to the license rights of existing customers.

The website and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Logic Solutions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any particular revenue, savings, growth, efficiency results, compliance outcomes, or business performance. Results depend on many factors specific to your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Logic Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with or compromise website security;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• introduce malicious code;
• scrape or copy protected content in violation of applicable rights;
• impersonate others or engage in fraud; or
• misuse Vox Logic Solutions intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. This approach is intended to be consistent with the governing-law and venue provisions of the Business OS Professional Standard Customer License Agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply prospectively, and the current effective date is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or products after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
